The company will successfully operate in the UK working on both small and large scale civil engineering & Rc Frame projects, focusing on Ground works. RC Concrete.
We can undertake works in various conditions and locations including Greenfield, Brownfield sites for residential developers, ‘built up’ areas for commercial developers. These works will form the basis for various developments including minor and major residential developments, schools, leisure complexes, and retail developments.
BIAD began in 2010 the company has 2 more divisions in place these company divisions were put in place in order to bid for larger scale projects.

A company in its own right biad will work with external clients and main contractors in the civil engineering industry.
The company employs a team of highly skilled individuals, all working to maximise the quality of the business and project at a cost agreed with the client’s whist minimising risk and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The company will get to know each client’s business to understand and manage the process, providing a service, but in detail that’s unique to each individual’s requirements. BIAD will have in place experienced staff in all manner of contracts and always endeavour to use sustainable materials whenever and where ever possible.
BIAD will grow to provide civil engineering services to all parts of the country from our offices in Manchester, Salford and Liverpool.
With years of combined experience in delivering small and large infrastructure and groundwork’s schemes for local and regional, developers, we are able to bring a highly experienced team to every project, that are committed to delivering efficient, cost effective, and innovative solutions.
Our teams have established an excellent reputation for high quality works and high productivity levels, emphasised by clients requesting our services on other schemes and accelerating further phases of work.
